You may cancel your Weblix subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. If you have any questions or are unsatisfied with the service, please contact us.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not completely satisfied with our mobile app builder within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Please note that any custom development, expedited app submission fees, or specialized API integration costs are non-refundable once the work has commenced.

4. Process for Refunds

To request a refund, please contact our support team with your account details and the reason for the request. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method.
